The Players section displays all the players available in your Scouting System, even if they were imported from the database or manually created, with or without a finished player or team report.
Searching and filtering players#
Players can be searched using the search bar or the default search filters on the top.
Searching using the search bar#
Just type the players name or nickname in the search bar, or the club name, and the players that match your search criteria will be listed.
Filtering players using the default filters#
Select one or simultaneous filtering options from the various default filter options, and your player list will be updated and displayed accordingly with your combined search options.
Advanced filters#
Click on for advanced search options.
Here you have two options for filtering results, Basic Information and Advanced Information.

On the Basic Information screen you can combine the different available options and then press the
option in order to display the results.
Exporting your Players list with or without filters selected#
You can export all your Players list, with or without filters selected, so it can be shared with other colleagues.
Click on the button and choose the format you want for your exported list:
Updating the players information#
Once a player is imported to your Scouting System from the database, its information remains the same as downloaded.
In order to update, click in the button to update all the players information, according to the database.
The update might take a few minutes to be completed.
Importing new players#
Use the search bar to search for the player in our database.
Select the player and then click on OK to import it to the Scouting System.
If the player you are looking for is not available in the database, you can create it from scratch.
On the Select Player window, click 
and fill in all the information regarding the new player:
- Full Name
- Nickname
- Date of Birth
- Team - player’s actual team
- Height
- Weight
- Grade
- On loan - if the player was loaned and what’s the club
- National Team
- Place of Birth
- Nationality
- 2º nationality - if applied
- Preferred Foot - Left, Right or both feet
- Contract End - date when the player’s contract will end
- Agent - if applied. Please check 13. Agents for more information.
- Market Value
- Salary
- Position - player’s position on the field
- Other Position - other player’s position on the field, if applied
- Morphology
- Recommendation
- European Passport
