Create a new Team Report#
To create a new team report, click at the main menu on the left side of your screen, and a new screen will appear.
Select the to Import a match and a new window will appear.
On this new window, you can search in our database by Home Team and/or Away Team.
You can also select the date for a more accurate search.
If the match you are looking for is not available in our database, you can add it manually to your Scouting System account, by clicking on the “New Match” button.
Please check the “Adding a New Match” section for more information.
Once you select the match, click on “Next”.
A new window will open and there you will find all the team’s players. You can select more than one player to add to the report.
If the player you are looking for is not listed or available in our database, you can add it to the report by clicking on the “Other Team Player”.
Please check the “Adding a Player to report” section for more information.
Click on “Next” once you select all the players you want to add to the report.
A new window will appear:
If you set up multiple reports templates (check Create new report templates), you may need to select the correct template in order to create the new report.
Click Next to proceed.
Adding a New Match (not listed on our external database)#
If the match is not available in our database, it can be easily added.
Click on “Add Match” and the window bellow will appear:
Fill the information requested about the Competition, Season, Date/Time and then select the teams.
Team lineups are not available for new matches, therefore the players should be added to the report manually.

Adding a Player to the report#
Once you select the option “Other Team Player”, a new window will appear:
Use the search bar to search for the player. Select the player and click “OK”.
If you set up multiple reports templates (check Create new report templates), you may need to select the correct template in order to create the new report.
Click Next to proceed.
Creating the Team Report#
After setting up the Team Report, you will be able to configure additional information regarding the match, such as Score, Referee, Weather Conditions and if you watched it live or on video.
On the Observed Structures, you may comment, add or edit the lineup used by each team.
Click on 
and the following window will appear:
On the Structure tab, the team's lineup can be rearranged by moving, adding or removing players on the field.
Each team’s lineup might be disabled by turning on/off the switches on the top of the window.
Comments about the team, match or lineup, might be added on the Comments tab:
Click Confirm to add the structure to the report and then Save.
Structures saved can be edited by clicking on the field.
To delete or duplicate the structure, click on DELETE or DUPLICATE:
In the Players section, all the players associated with this report are listed, together with other information such as team, birthday, grade and performance score.
To add new players, click . This option only allows the import of players that are related with the teams from the report you are working on.
